On Tuesday, December 20, 2022, Winter Street Studios and up to 110 artists were affected by a devastating fire committed by an arsonist. Hooks-Epstein Galleries artist, Sandi Seltzer Bryant, was one of the artists affected.
As a show of support, Hooks-Epstein Galleries will be hosting a Pop-Up Benefit Exhibition showcasing the available work of Sandi Seltzer Bryant from our gallery inventory. Work will be discounted 30% off retail for large works and 25% off for small works. All proceeds from the sale of Sandi’s work will benefit the artist.
The Sandi Seltzer Bryant Pop-Up Benefit will open at 12:00PM on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Hooks-Epstein Galleries. The Benefit Open House will follow on Saturday, January 28th from 12:00-4:30PM, with a Benefit Reception from 4:30-7:30PM.
In addition, Hooks-Epstein Galleries will make a donation to the Houston Arts Alliance Emergency Relief Fund, which will provide stipends to Winter Street Artists affected by the fire.
