Managed by the Department of Arts and Culture, Centro de Artes is an institution dedicated to telling the story of the Latino experience in the U.S. with a focus on South Texas through local, regional, national and international art, history and culture, and dedicated to sharing the transnational experience of Latinos in the U.S. The gallery is located in Historic Market Square and is free and open to the public Wednesday-Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday from noon to 5:00 p.m.
